This meat is great! Its marbled and great for all dishes requiring chuck or stew meat

Delicious beef, very flavorful. Well-marbled if that is to your taste. Note that this cut, although higher quality in general, is technically inferior to the other chuck eye as it does not include the tastier delmonico steak portions. Look for the other, larger chuck eye option which does appear to include those steaks.

It's a good meat. You can do almost anything with it: stir fry, stakes, soups, bake...
