This item is GF. It is not the usual Passover item. It is listed as having one of three oils: cottonseed, canola, or soybean. I need to avoid both gluten and soy (and a few other things) So I'd like information on which is in my fish. Too bad I cannot find any contact info on Unger's online. Too bad the ingredient list on the package is illegible in the picture.

Always, consistently tasty. Only brand I've tried. (I did not like Ungar's similar-looking salmon loaf, btw.)

There are lots of different recipes using this easy to manage product. Cook per directions on the package or allow to defrost and then bake for about an hour at 350 degF. I like to defrost the fish and mix in about 5 oz. defrosted chopped spinach drained of its liquid. I reshape the loaf, put it in a pan, and bake. Slice per usual. Serve warm or cold. Can also bake with salsa on top. Lots of possibilities.
