Beware - this is part skim, not whole milk. In addition, it has powdered cellulose (an anti-caking agent). The result is that instead of your pizza having rich, stringy, and gooey cheese, your pizza has a sheet of plastic on top. I recommend whole milk blocks grated yourself, which are not currently on the website but if you contact KC administration they can sometimes special order.

Freezes great, makes great pizzas

I was concerned about this product since the local stores sometimes had moldy packages in stock, but we\'ve ordered this several times and have never had problems. Freezes very well.
