These are great for homemade sushi! We also chop it up for a myriad of other recipes! Easy to use, plus the convenient packages are easy to thaw one at a time and store the rest in our freezer.

Use as a great fish starter for Shabbos: cut into chunks and mix with chopped celery, a little chopped onion (optional), avocado if you have it, mayo, lemon juice, and a dash of pepper sauce or chili powder.
