This is the only product like this available for kosher consumers, and it's a decent product. KC coop has the best price anywhere. I made crab cakes that were really good. I just wish this product wasn't so overly sweet!

This is the imitation crab used in the crab salad at the Tom Thumb kosher deli on Coit & Campbell. Delicious!
