Q: What is the hechsher on this
Customer Reviews
We were disappointed with the size. Once you've trimmed off the pelvic bone so there is just femur and thigh meat, they get even smaller. And the condition was not great - some were pale and anemic-looking, and some had mangled and detached overlying skin.

Really happy w this product! Thighs are reasonably sized-- not huge or tiny-- and while there is a significant amount of fat to carve away before cooking, this product is still a very good value. The 3 lb poly bags hold about 6 thighs a apiece. They're packed tightly in a compact box so each bag is an oddly shaped small parcel; don't expect them to lie flat in your freezer.

It seems like all the skin and fat of the chicken is attached to those thighs. 1/3 of the weight is waste.

A lot of extra fat and feathers hanging off the side that needed to be cut off before cooking.

Each bag is about 3lbs (around 8 thighs I think). So there are 8 separate bags in the case and everything arrives frozen.

yes please, is this 8 bags at 3# each?

Is this one case of all 26 lb together, or is it packed in smaller portions?
