The lamb shoulder blade and chuck is scrumptious. I appreciate it even more because it's 100% grass fed. Re: comments that the meat is bony, I roasted a 2.7 lb shoulder, deboned it and put the meat on one plate and the bones on another with a penny for size comparisons (see photo) so you can judge for yourself. I have reordered and plan to continue to reorder. Wonderful quality meat.
