I think that's my zero star review on the bottom and I don't know why I would put that! Five stars! Easy to cut and fantastic on the grill.

My case came from Argentina, and it was some of the most exquisite meat that I've ever had. Cook to your desired temperature/doneness and you can slice as thick as you want to serve your rib-eye steaks.

this cuts up into steaks that cook quickly. excellent meat.
