My only complaint is that many of the tenders were mangled or partially trimmed off. (This is a frequent problem with kosher poultry in general.). Otherwise they were fine and made great schnitzel.

I received 9 packages in this case with a total weight of 18.93 lb. Each package contained the entire breasts of two chickens, skinless and boneless. Needed a little trimming along midline when the breasts were separated.
