The meat was delicious and the pieces were the perfect size for 7ish people at a meal with multiple sides and a starter. I defrosted the package, cooked up in multiple ways and then refroze for future meals. Everyone thought it was delicious. Enough fat to stay very tender, but perfect for a family that doesn’t like fatty meat.
