The kids love these, go well with tomato sauce and fettuccini sauce. Great for quick dinners. Each bag feeds about 4 adult servings.

These are ok basic ricotta tortellini. I was hoping for a cheesier filling (kind of like ravioli), but the filling is denser and mixed with flour, so it's not soft and cheesy even when well cooked.
