We greatly enjoy this ground chicken! Makes wonderful chicken patties which have an excellent flavor and texture! Just add salt, form into "burgers", fry and top with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, roasted peppers...and a little horseradish mustard! Also works well for chicken tacos. Very lean and very tasty!!
