I was surprised at the great quality. I got packages of retail packages of breast bones with plenty of meat still on them. I didn't need to add any other chicken cuts to make a good chicken soup that gelled nicely and had great flavor.

This company has really good chicken products.

I love these chicken bones for soup. After boiling for 1 hr, I take out the carcass and I can pick at what's left of the meat. Really yummy soup
