Q: Does anyone know the approx size if the peices of meat in each bag? Are they smaller like tenders? Or flat like steaks? Or maybe thick and cylindrical like roasts? Thanks.

Q: This is a huge piece? How do I cook this? I don't think I have an oven big enough for 22 lbs of beef!

Leaner and tougher than expected. Even the delmonico eye cut we found not appropriate for steak as is. Excellent and tender as thinly sliced roast beef after 3-4 hrs in a 130F sous vide. For steak lovers, try the grain finished options.
