It's a good cut especially for the price, you can make these into ribeye steaks, pot roast, smoke it, sous vide it, instapot all that. I buy the case, leave 1 or 2 whole for smoking for chaggim or special times then I cut 1 into steaks and the others in 1/2 or 1/3 for more regular use.

This is grass fed rib eye so it is not near as tender as US beef. If you put it in a sous vide for 48 hours it becomes very tender.
