This was more fat than chuck. I tried to make meatballs, to burger patties with this meat. Not only did it crumble, it contained may parts of fat, and sinew. This is not what I had experienced in the past. I was greatly disappointed.

Very very fatty. Looks like 70/30 at best. Puts out alot of fat when you cook it
