We tried this meat 3 times. The first time we ordered it, we could barely eat it...it was so tough and fatty. it came in small cubes. The second time we ordered it, it was different, it came in long thin strips and it was fine, we enjoyed it. This last time, the third time, we tried cooking it and realized it was exactly like the first time...smaller cubes, super fatty, and super tough...we could barely eat it...k We are not ordering this again and aren't happy at all with the quality.

I have no clue to what the previous comments were referring. I find nothing good about this product and would give it zero stars. Its stringy, fibrous and of no taste. We tried it in stir fries - it was like rubber bands. In cholent the little bits of meat fell of the gristle leaving just the sinewy bits. Stick with beef cubes.

Good product! Enjoyed it in curries and stir fry. Will order again.

my favorite oproduct to order and reorder. Conveniently oackaged for cholent and it is my go to dish for stir fry. Very tender when browned and then slowcooked in any red wine and soy sauce, with garlic of course. One of our favorite shabbat meals.
