These have an awful, nauseating smell to them. About half of my hot dog loving children wouldn't even touch them. They are cheap for a reason. If you want chicken hot dogs get Aaron's, they are so much better.

We used to but them all the time, was very handy to have for a quick lunch or such. Then last year they've added nitrates and completely spoiled them. They got greenish tint inside, almost like a layer of spoiled meat. I'm ready to throw away the rest of them from my last order, more than half of it. It also got unhealthy looking skin, whitish and watery looking. Just disgusting. Other brands we got from food boxes during covid-19 distribution are totally fine.

I like these, but my son got a mouthful of gristle with one bite so doesn’t want any more. I’d have given 2 1/2 stars based on split decision, but not a choice.

I have a child who is allergic to nitrates, so I buy these. They are healthier than conventional hot dogs and taste good too, but if you are expecting the taste of a full fat beef hot dog, you will be disappointed.

They aren't beef, but the taste is okay.
