These include not just thigh meat but also attached leg meat, including ligaments and tendons that are time-consuming - and to me, necessary - to remove. For me, it defeats the purpose of ordering boneless thighs. I won't order again.

I was extremely pleased with this order. The chicken is bagged and tagged in single meal bags. The chicken smells very fresh and for thighs, they weren't overly fatty. I purchased boneless so I could can most of it and I pan fried some for the freezer. Can't wait to order some more!

We love the Frozen David Elliot Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (3lb poly bags). Yes it's true that there are tendons, fat, occasional pieces of cartilage, etc (see in the photo where I've arranged them with the tendons on the perimeter of the pan) that in a perfect world I would take the time to trim off prior to cooking. But most often, since much of this softens during cooking, I cook them as is and each of us cuts away the very few parts we prefer not to eat. I think that the retail pkgs have the same product, they're just more uniform in their packaging and thus easier to store in the freezer (and correspondingly higher priced).

After using the boneless skinless thighs I won't go back to bone in. These can easily be subbed in for chicken breasts and are much more moist and flavorful. Very versatile. The thighs do have some gristle but overall a great product.
